A loyalty app for your business: a stamp card your customers keep on their phone, an app your staff use to give stamps, and a dashboard with your member list. We host it, back it up and keep it running.
£49.99 a month. No setup fee. The price is per business, and there is no limit on how many customers or staff you have.
You can stop at any time and there is no notice period. Your app keeps running until the end of the month you have paid for. Email matthew@kasparpartners.co.uk and we will also send you your full member list as a spreadsheet, because that list is yours.
Names, emails and visit history belong to your business, not to us. We do not sell them, we do not use them to market anything to your customers, and we do not share them with other businesses on this platform. You can download the whole list from your dashboard whenever you want, and you can ask us to delete it.
Giving out stamps honestly, honouring the rewards you advertise, and only sending offers people agreed to receive. If you use the app to mislead your customers, we will close the account.
Keeping the service up and your data safe. We do not promise it will never be down, because nobody can. If we have a serious outage that lasts more than a day, tell us and we will refund that month.
Our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the last three months. We are a small business and this is a £49.99 a month product, so that is the honest limit.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect.
